Ways To Keep Your Child Healthy During Winter

Following is a guideline for parents to keep children healthy during winter:
  1. Avoid fizzy drinks and cold water ………. This is a MUST.
  2. Keep your child’s water with you ………… whenever you are going outside always keep your child head covered and keep him/her wear a warm T-Shirt inside regular clothes.
  3. If your child suffers from Common Cold, like sneezing, running nose, etc. give any anti-allergy syrup and in case of blocked nose give your child steam inhalation.
  4. Apply some petroleum jelly outside the nostrils to avoid dryness.
  5. Do not insist your child for heavy breakfast.
  6. Avoid giving junk foods and provide natural health food and drinks.
  7. Avoid outdoor activities of kids during morning and evening.
